What type of reporting is available to me as the administrator?

The administrator portal allows you to pull call logs that include all calls to and from lines within your business group based on date and department. The reports are pulled in a .csv format, allowing you to filter and manipulate the data as necessary within Microsoft Excel. The report includes data and length of the call, calling and called number, type of call, whether the call was answered, and whether any account or carrier codes were used to make the call.
