My payment is supposed to be billed directly to my credit card each month. Why did I get a passed due notice?

Your credit card has not been charged and payment has not been processed. The may have occurred for a number or reasons including, but not limited to, and invalid card number or expiration date, your credit limit has been exceeded, or if your card was called into the credit card company as lost or stolen.
