Does LSI offer a web portal to customers?

Yes! The LSI CommPortal is a web-based interface that allows users to manage their personal phone or the entire phone system. There are two levels of web portal access given to Hosted PBX users: Personal and Administrator. Individuals have the freedom to manage their own forwarding settings, program keys, manage voicemail, and much more. Administrators have more comprehensive access to the whole phone system. They can change the call flow, manage auto attendants, reset passwords, and perform other line charges without incurring any fees.
