Line Systems Engages ScienceLogic as its Platform for Multi-tenant Monitoring and Customer-facing Portal Visibility

With ScienceLogic’s next generation networking monitoring and ticket management system, Line Systems (LSI) is now fully equipped to offer customers secure, partitioned views of their network services and managed IT environments. The all-in-one solution serves as an IT monitoring cockpit—providing customers with live dashboards that provide a “quick view” of events and alerts pertaining to their managed service account to further compliment client self-monitoring and Carrier/Client interaction.

The ScienceLogic monitoring capability enables LSI to reduce downtime and improve overall service quality to customers. The platform operates on a single code base to perform multiple functions including asset management, dependency mapping, discovery, and reporting.
