Can I have a zero-out option for my voicemail box?

Yes. When you access the Personal CommPortal and go to the Settings-Calls section, you may configure this feature. The field for the call transfer number should have a ten digit number you would like callers to be transferred to when they press “0” during your voicemail message. This ten digit number may be another co-worker’s direct dial, the company main number, or even your cell phone number.
