Can I reset the voicemail password for a user?

You may change a user’s password by logging into your administrator portal. In the Lines view, open the individual user’s line then go to Settings-Account-Security-Account Password to reset the PIN. Please note that if the user has locked themselves out (3 or more incorrect attempts), you will need to call LSI to unlock the account.
