Can I change the way my Auto Attendant works after it is set up?

A call flow specialist will assist you in properly designing your call flow and auto attendant during the initial implementation then build it accordingly. After that point, the system administrator will manage any changes made to the call flow or auto attendants via the Administrator CommPortal’s Auto Attendant section. This includes creating additional menus, changing announcements to account for weather emergencies, and adding or removing press options.
